I am sorry to inform you that our very good friend in heraldry, Alan Fennely, our "Northern Plenipotentiary" passed away at his home at 7:30 this morning. He had been unwell for some time. The Heraldry Society Secretary has been informed and an obituary will appear in the next Heraldry Gazette.He will be very much missed.Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
