Copyright trademarks and intellectual property- use of images.

The term Cheshire Heraldry is a brand or trading style owned and used by me, Martin Goldstraw, and will be fiercely protected. I, Martin Goldstraw, also own the limited company Cheshire Heraldry Limited.

Many of the images displayed on this blog and all of the graphic images displayed on the Cheshire Heraldry website are especially created by me. Most of them have taken me hours to create and I therefore retain all rights in all of the images created by me.

I am often asked to create an image for use elsewhere and when I do so, it is on the understanding that the image is credited to me and where possible a link back to Cheshire Heraldry is provided. The permission I give generally restricts the use of the image to the web page in question and I do not assign rights in that image to the person I assist. All rights are retained by me.

You are asked to review my website terms and conditions where I specifically draw your attention to section 5.

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its contents (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Martin Goldstraw or otherwise used by Martin Goldstraw as permitted by law.

In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
